Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, all customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

When will I get my order?

Most of our products are made to order, so processing takes a little extra time to ensure each item is crafted with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
